100% decaf. Every bag in the Decaf Collection is a genuine single-origin coffee that's fully decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that uses only water, temperature, and time to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural flavor.
It's a decaffeination method that uses pure water and time instead of chemical solvents to strip out caffeine. Because there's no solvent involved, it protects the origin coffee's real flavor character far better than most other decaf methods, which is why these still taste like genuine Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, or Honduras coffee, not generic decaf.
Every bag is roasted fresh by Special Reserve Coffee in Elm Grove, LA, and shipped shortly after roasting, same as every High Voltage blend.
