What's the minimum order size?
It depends on the arrangement, we work through order size and pricing individually with every business rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all minimum. Reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense for you.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is worked out case-by-case based on volume, whether it's wholesale or private label, and your specific goals. There's no fixed public price list, we'd rather have the real conversation.
Do I need my own label design for private label?
Not necessarily, we can help design a label around your brand, or work from your own design if you already have one.
How long does it take to get started?
It varies based on whether you're going wholesale (fast, since it's our existing product) or private label (a bit more lead time for design and approval), but we move as quickly as the details allow.
How fresh is the coffee?
Every bag, wholesale or private label, is roasted fresh by Special Reserve Coffee in Elm Grove, LA, and shipped shortly after roasting.
